Hi, I’m Hannah. I know what it’s like to struggle with consistency, to feel lost in the gym, and to wonder if progress is even possible. But I also know the incredible transformation that happens when you commit to yourself, build better habits, and start seeing results—not just in your body, but in your confidence, mindset, and overall well-being. My fitness journey began about three years ago. Like many, I struggled with consistency - I’d start, quit, and repeat the cycle. I wasn’t taking care of myself physically - I wasn’t working out or eating in a way that fueled my body, and I felt the effects in my energy and confidence. As a result, I felt like I was just coasting through life in my body - not living up to my potential. I realized that making small, consistent changes could turn things around for me.
I decided to commit to something small, something simple: I started with 5-pound dumbbells for my workouts just to move my body, and I started walking more and implemented a step goal. My goal wasn’t perfection; it was consistency. Every day, I did what I could to just check the box, and, over time, those small actions added up. One habit at a time, one step at a time, one day at a time. As I began to challenge myself more in the gym, I saw progress that I had never experienced before. This wasn’t just about lifting weights anymore - it was about completely shifting my mindset around fitness and fueling my growth.
A few years after discovering my passion for fitness, I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) to empower others to achieve their own fitness goals. I’m passionate about making fitness accessible for everyone—whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to level up. My goal is to guide you through the process of building confidence in the gym, teaching you the fundamentals, and empowering you to feel strong both inside and out. I want to help you build confidence, build better habits, and build strength. It’s more than just showing you the right exercises - it’s about helping you understand how to challenge yourself, how to embrace the journey, and how to celebrate each milestone along the way.
